Is there an easier way to whiten teeth with anything at home?
Mix salt and water together,
Use baking soda,
and eat strawberries
DO NOT USE TOOTH PASTE BAKING SODA AND PEROXIDE MIXED TOGETHER
That makes your gums hurt
baking soda helps out a lot, also i noticed that green tea really helps for some reason.

two weeks at a time and never back to back months. It
may degrade the enamel.
